The beautiful new Ahuimanu Shopping Center, located in historic Kilauea town, continues to fill out its tenant roster despite Covid-19 complications. In the coming year, seven new businesses will open in the center, bringing the occupancy level up to 81%, compared to the 53% level it has been operating at for the last 12 months.
We are proud to announce that our own company, Compass, will be one of the companies opening their doors at Ahuimanu this year. In addition to our office, the following are the other six companies lined up to open:
