Umeke’s masterful combination of locally-sourced ingredients are divine, as chef Ben Takahashi brings together ingredients from local farmers and fishermen to craft stunning and sublimely Koloan meals. Drink options include craft beers, cocktails, and an excellent sommelier wine-pairing service. Fresh farm fare is also on offer at the poolside
Makai Grill & Bar, which specializes in simple yet delicious poke bowls, salads, and sandwiches. Umeke opens for brunch daily and dinner Monday through Saturday, while Makai offers a daily lunch and snack service plus a Sunday night grilling session with live music performances.

Kukui’ula provides a range of incredible private facilities to its members. Food for Kukui'ula’s restaurants are sourced at a
10-acre onsite farm. Members are free to pluck mangoes and other tropical fruits from the trees, pick flowers, and collect herbs and vegetables for ultra-fresh home cooking.
Anchored by a lap pool and meditation garden,
Hiilani Spa offers members treatments such as massages and acupuncture, with facilities including steam and sauna rooms and hot and cold plunge pools.
