Welcome to Waipouli Beach Resort C206, a second floor, end-unit on the mellow side of the resort where you can enjoy the balmy tradewinds and the sound of the nearby surf. From the living area you throw open the wall-to-wall sliding doors for great air, views and light or crank up the central air conditioning and peek at the white water horizon view from cool luxurious comfort. C206 is furnished and features high ceilings throughout with crown molding, the doors are all solid hardwood and there's Italian stone flooring in the entry, both baths and kitchen. The generous bedroom with its own lanai and wall of sliders leads to a really spacious spa-like en suite bath. The roomy kitchen includes stainless steel appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf, Fisher & Paykel with solid granite countertops, glass paneled hardwood cabinets and efficient recessed lighting. In the separate laundry closet you'll find a new LG ThinQ full-size, front-loading washer and dryer. There's ample storage and a second bathroom for convenience.

The ocean view, heated, salt water lazy river pool is resplendent with 1 cave, 2 water slides, 3 sand-bottom whirlpools, 3 waterfalls and a kid-friendly sandy bottom beach. C206 is in close proximity to the pool, but not too close. What's is close to the pool is Oasis by the Beach, an award-winning, full service ocean-facing restaurant and lounge with sumptuous local fare and an umbrella drink menu second-to-none.
